Master Your Mind & Defy the Odds

Book Review: "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins

The book that changed my life is none other than "Can't Hurt Me." When I came across this book I was going through the hardest part of life. I was malnutritional and the 10 doctors that I visited were giving me high potency medications and were not able to realize that I was not ill , I only needed some supplements. Over the  course of 3 years I was addicted to pain, victim mentality and pain-killers. David's book gave so much courage and made me come back stronger than ever. His book has these "challenges" at end of every chapter that gave me practical instructions to put myself on right track which was my first time getting clear practical steps to follow along reading the book. This made my experience of reading this book unforgettable. I highly recommend this book!
